I almost lost my marriage.

Early in our marriage I was chasing career success. I buried myself in work while my wife, Michelle, and our newborn daughter waited for a husband and a father who wasn't really there.

Michelle gave me an ultimatum, and I chose to change. I chose my marriage and my family. We've been married 31 years now, with more passion now than when we started. That isn't luck. It's what I do every day.

I'm a Christ-follower, a lifelong entrepreneur, and the father of two daughters. I hold degrees in Exercise Physiology and Business, and I've built and sold companies in health, fitness, technology, automotive, and coaching. Michelle and I have spent about 25 years mentoring couples, including premarital work.

Everything I teach in The Husband She Wants came out of what I changed after that ultimatum.

Victor is a high school dropout turned entrepreneur who helps expert and service-based businesses grow. He and his wife, April, have been together since eighth grade and married 27 years, with two kids and two granddaughters.

As a fitness professional, Victor found high-performance psychology. It changed his business, and it changed how he showed up as a husband. He coaches alongside Kevin in The Husband She Wants.
